Farm Health Guardian adds new customer support coordinator to serve company growth

December 9, 2021 – Guelph, Ontario, Canada: Adam Black has joined the Farm Health Guardian team as a new customer support coordinator. Black is responsible for ensuring the biosecurity software platform meets the needs of Farm Health Guardian clients to keep their livestock and poultry barns healthy.

“Adam is a young professional with a proven passion for animal agriculture,” says Rob Hannam, CEO of Farm Health Guardian. “In his new role, Adam will support Farm Health Guardian’s growing customer base by leveraging his experience with livestock production and software to help improve animal health and welfare through digital technology.”

As a customer support coordinator, Black will be on the biosecurity front line, training and supporting Farm Health Guardian customers as they integrate the biosecurity management system into their everyday activities to monitor animal health and disease risk in real-time. Black brings first-hand animal care and biosecurity experience, along with a strong understanding of digital animal management and technology platforms.

“As the threat of animal diseases increase, including the spread of foreign animal diseases, the need to enhance on-farm biosecurity protocols is growing,” explains Hannam. “We’re expanding our team to support customers across North America who are implementing Farm Health Guardian’s real-time digital biosecurity system to prevent disease transmission and reduce the risk of outbreaks.”
