Farm Health Guardian Ltd. a digital biosecurity and disease prevention software provider based in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. The software system was launched in 2020 for the swine and poultry sectors. In 2023, Farm Health Guardian merged with NoveTechnologies, LLC (NoveTech), an innovative agricultural technology company located in Omaha, Neb., U.S. The company strives to protect the health and sustainability of the livestock industry and those who work within it, through real-time disease monitoring and response technology.

Anthony’s extensive background in developing digital technologies, livestock biosecurity and agricultural building construction brings a unique and valuable insight to the Farm Health Guardian team and customers. As the Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for overseeing the development of Farm Health Guardian hardware and software solutions for swine and poultry farmers. Anthony has dedicated his career to helping farmers and innovators enhance their biosecurity to keep their livestock and poultry healthy.

Tim has dedicated his career to livestock research. As the Founder and Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) he strives to help livestock and poultry farmers prevent disease in their barns and provide response tools to disease outbreaks. With a focus on disease observation and prevention, Tim is dedicated to improving biosecurity across the globe, starting with the development of Farm Health Protect and Farm Health Monitor.

As the industry continues to evolve, Kent brings his professional experiences to find new ways to innovate, improve and implement biosecurity protocols and systems.

Zach is an experienced Devops engineer and has worked on embedded software for leading edge smart technologies. He brings wide-ranging knowledge of coding, infrastructure management and system administration to the team. As Senior Software Engineer, Zach uses his expertise to focus on bringing new biosecurity technologies from proof of concept to completed product. He draws on his background with software and firmware for IoT sensors to improve GPS and other biosecurity technologies for our clients.

Lainie is passionate about agriculture and has been immersed in it since childhood, growing up on the family farm in northern Missouri. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University, specializing in Animal Science and Ag Management. She brings experience as a vet technician and working at livestock markets to the team.
