The Protocol® Farm Visits app makes it easy to know and follow biosecurity requirements. Get property information, record farm visits, receive biosecurity messages and look up downtime, pyramid and other requirements.
How does it work?
A virtual perimeter, or geofence, is placed around each of the properties in your system and the Protocol® Farm Visits app automatically records your visits to farm properties in your system using geo-fencing technology. The app only records visits to geofenced properties in a system such as farms, feed mills or truck washes and instantly verifies if you meet biosecurity requirements.
From the home screen, you can see the farm properties in your system, your current farm location, and in-app biosecurity messages.
When you select a property, the app displays any downtime or other requirements. It also provides a Google map link to that property, your recorded visits, health status, key contacts and more.
