How does it work?

Trucks and other vehicles are a major contributor to the spread of many animal diseases. For livestock trailers or vehicles that aren’t equipped with GPS, Farm Health Guardian GPS devices automatically record visits and vehicle movement on and off farm properties.

Installing FHG GPS devices on your trailers gives you access to biosecurity reports, maps and real-time notifications to strengthen transport biosecurity for your whole system. You’ll be able to:

  • Get real-time alerts on your phone if your trailers breach your biosecurity protocols.
  • Check adherence to health pyramid flow or group.
  • Assign trailers and vehicles to a group of properties or farms and be notified if they visit farms outside of their assigned properties.
